In fact, we are part of the Lactalis Group, the world’s leading dairy group and family-owned company headquartered in Laval, France. We build on our family heritage, know-how and passionate people in order to delight consumers with life-enriching dairy products.
Nation’s Favourites
While you may not be familiar with the Lactalis name, we are behind the Nation’s favourites — Balderson, Galbani, Président, Black Diamond and Cracker Barrel, among others. In Canada, we produce fine cheddars, feta, fresh mozzarella, and brie. We also craft and import fine cheeses like Spanish Manchego and French Roquefort - all of which are available here on Cheeseworld.ca.
